We want you to love what you ordered — but we're here if you don't

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Unused and in original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In its original packaging

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Underwear, nursing pads, or other intimate items (for hygiene reasons)
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, we will cover the return shipping — just reach out to us first.

Please include your order number and reason for return in your message. Return instructions will be provided via email after your request is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us at support@busamama.com with photos of the item. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

US & Canada customers

We ship to customers across the United States and Canada. Please note:

• Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return
• Customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees related to returned items, where applicable
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout
